How To Make The Perfect Giblet Gravy Every Time


"How To Make The Perfect Giblet Gravy Every Time"

Cooked Turkey #Giblets, Chopped As You Like
4 Tablespoons Roasting Fat or Butter
4 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
4 Cups Stock
Salt And Pepper To Taste

Add the fat to a heavy skillet.  Place the skillet over medium heat. Stirring with a wooden spoon, sprinkle the flour into the fat and stir constantly until smooth and thick.  Add the stock; stir flour and stock constantly scraping the brown bits from the bottom.  Simmer the gravy until smooth; add the giblets and heat through.  Salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
