#Luau Ribs--Perfect Every Time
Recipe "Luau Ribs"
Ingredients
1 cup peaches, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons shoyu
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ground gingerroot
Salt and pepper to taste
4 pounds spare ribs
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a large zip loc bag; shake to mix. let stand for 1-3 hours.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking pan with a large piece of foil.
Place all the ingredients in the baking dish.
Bring the foil up and seal at the top.
Bake for 2 hours or until the ribs are tender.
Unwrap being careful of the steam.
Serve with fresh pineapple and rice.
