Funeral Of Steve Jobs

2011 October 5 Steve Jobs died in his home from complication of a rare form of cancer.  His family reportedly stated that he died peacefully.
2011 October 9 Steve Jobs official death certificate from the Santa Clara County Public Health Department in San Jose, California states the following facts:
1. Steve died of a respiratory arrest brought on by a metastatic pancreas neuroendocrine tumor.
2. His occupation was listed as entrepreneur.
2011 October 9 The company will hold a celebration of Steve Jobs life.
Apple issued a statement on his death as follows: 
We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today.
Steve's brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives.  The world is immeasurably better because of Steve
His greatest love was for his wife, Laurene, and his family.  Our hearts go out to them and to all who were touched by his extraordinary life.
Steve Jobs is survived by his wife, Laurene and their three children, Lisa Brannan-Jobs, a daughter from a previous relationship, his biological mother, and his sister Mona Simpson.  You can view his information on Apple's corporate website.
A small private funeral was held on October 7, 2011 and he was buried in a non-denominational cemetery on October 7, 2011.
It is said his death occurred at 3 PM on October the fifth and that no autopsy was performed.
Dear Reader,
Let me leave you to ponder Steve Jobs' wonderful words he spoke before his death as we leave the time-line of his life and death and relate it to this book, which is all about obesity leading to diabetes, Alzheimer's Disease, pancreatic cancer, high blood pressure, heart disease or any disease that the doctors are telling us we will run the risk for including cancer.
