#Teriyaki Chicken--Perfect Every Time

Ingredients


1 cup teriyaki sauce, bottled
1-teaspoon sesame seed oil
1-tablespoon sweet onion, minced
1-teaspoon lime zest
2-tablespoons lime juice
3-pounds young chicken, cut up into pieces
Fresh pineapple slices, broiled

Combine all the ingredients in a large plastic bag; shake to coat well.  Let marinate for a few hours or overnight.  Drain chicken and broil over hot coals for about 20 minutes.  Turn over and broil for a bout 25 more minute or until done, brushing with the marinade often.  Serve with the pineapple slices.
